We want you to be happy with your purchase from Café Mahjong. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in good condition, with no missing or broken pieces, and in its original packaging whenever possible. Items that have been opened or used may still be eligible for return as long as they are complete and have not been damaged.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@cafemahjong.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send a return before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Café Mahjong will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@cafemahjong.com. Please include your order information and, when possible, photos showing the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased as part of a sale, discount, special offer, or promotion, including discounted mahjong kits, are eligible for our 30-day return policy under the same conditions stated above.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you can request a return for your eligible item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@cafemahjong.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, including eligible orders shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within the legally required period.

For eligible European Union purchases, this is generally 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region will take precedence over conflicting provisions of this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@cafemahjong.com.
