BEFORE THE FIRST ROUND
A few good
questions.
What exactly is included? +
Your complete table setup arrives in one kit: acrylic tiles, 4 racks, a playing mat, 2 dice and a window pouch. Unpack, arrange your table and gather your players. The annual NMJL card and table decorations are not included.
Do I need an NMJL card? +
For National Mah Jongg League play, each player uses the current annual card to follow the year’s hands. It is purchased separately from the National Mah Jongg League.
Is this an American mahjong set? +
Yes. These kits are for American mahjong. Before buying a gift, check which version the recipient plays; Chinese mahjong uses a different tile inventory and rules.
What size are the tiles? +
All of our mahjong tiles measure approximately 32 × 24 × 16 mm (1.26 × 0.95 × 0.63 in), with a comfortable feel in the hand and a beautifully balanced presence on the table.
When should my order arrive? +
Standard delivery is estimated at 4–22 business days after shipment. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though preparation can take longer. Express delivery is estimated at 2–8 business days where available. International customs can add time. Read the shipping policy or ask us about your destination.
What if something arrives damaged or missing? +
Email info@cafemahjong.com with your order number, a description and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help resolve it. See our returns policy for the conditions that apply.
